2025 Wellness Retreat

Sacred Work | Sacred Rest

We are excited to invite you to the Native Women Lead Wellness Retreat, taking place May 16-18, 2025 at the Buffalo Thunder Resort Casino located 15 miles north of downtown Santa Fe on the sovereign Native American land of the Pueblo of Pojoaque. This year, we will gather under the theme Sacred Work, Sacred Rest, honoring the balance between leadership, healing, and the well-being of Indigenous women in business, family, and community.

Tickets are first come, first serve.
Please reserve yours today.

This in-person gathering will offer:

  • Inspiring Speakers — Hear from Indigenous leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers including a keynote from Vice President Richelle Montoya, poetry workshop by Mandy Smoker Broaddus, and storytelling session with Tannia Esparza.

  • Wellness & Restorative Practices — Begin each day with Indigenous yoga, prayer, and affirmations; experience healing workshops, creative expression, and space for movement, storytelling, and rest.

  • Community & Connection — Participate in collective support circles, theater workshops, and cultural games to build trust, relationship, and mutual care.

  • Cultural Programming — Celebrate Native artistry at the Friday night fashion show, explore food as medicine, and engage with language, movement, and music rooted in Indigenous traditions.

  • Creative & Business Growth Opportunities — Vision your future through crafting, poetry, and storytelling sessions; deepen leadership and entrepreneurial skills through hands-on workshops and immersive experiences.

This retreat is designed to be a space for rest, reflection, and action—where we come together to celebrate our collective achievements, uplift each other’s stories, and center wellness as a vital part of our leadership.

Stay tuned for updates on programs and speakers!
